After you send an inquiry, we start with an intro chat to learn about your project and each other. Then, if we seem like a good fit, I provide a proposal that clearly communicates your project’s scope, deliverables, and schedule.
A discovery questionnaire and call help us learn about your business, audience, and goals. We review inspiration to uncover your design preferences, map out your site, and lay the groundwork for creating great content.
Based on your input, you receive a tailor-made Content Guide to assist you in creating content. Depending on your website package, this is where Content Marketing Specialist Amy Wright steps in with strategic research, search engine optimization recommendations, and copy refinement.
Once you provide your final content, I draft custom foundational designs for one to three pages (depending on your website package). These designs provide a framework for building out the entire site and styling content. You review and provide input during two design revision sessions.
I set up the WordPress site on your host, create a custom theme, add and style final content, configure plugins and integrations, and perform testing. You review and provide input during a live revision session. Depending on your website package, this is also where the bulk of the deep strategy work takes place, including intensive keyword research and content marketing planning.
We point your domain to your host and go live! I also provide you with a how-to guide and training session so you can manage your website’s content going forward. Then, depending on your website package, there may be a post-launch SEO audit and fine-tuning. Support for any issues is provided for 14 or 30 days (depending on your package), and extended support and design services are available as needed— just ask!

Cost and timing can vary based on a project’s needs and final content delivery. An in-depth proposal will detail the process, scope, and schedule for our work together. Projects are booked based on availability, typically 1-3 months in advance, and project timelines are typically 6-12 weeks from final content delivery.
Branding, extra foundational design options, copywriting, and custom graphics and animations are available as add ons. We can also provide extended support and ongoing SEO content planning, editing, and creation services upon request.
